Our shoes are warranted for manufacturing and material defects for a period of 6 months. Defective merchandise will be replaced so long as the product has not been abused or worn out due to normal wear and tear or environmental conditions.

Guaranteed Fit

As the safety shoe professionals, Vulcan's program includes a commitment to you that your employees will get comfortable safety shoes to when they get one from us. Our salesmen are professionally trained to fit and make recommendations on the style and size needed to insure comfort. If our salesman fits your employee and the shoes do not feel comfortable after wearing them, your employee may either return the shoes within 30 days of purchase for credit or exchange them for another style or size.

The only exception to this is if the employee chooses a size that our salesman does not recommend, and our salesman so notes this choice on the sales ticket as a "self-fit".
